Check out Nufarm’s Kaiso – a broad-spectrum pyrethroid insecticide combining fast knockdown with residual activity. It contains 240g/kg of lambda-cyhalothrin – the same active as Karate Zeon, which you may be familiar with – however, what is unique about Kaiso is that it comes as a granule with Sorbie technology. Nufarm has packed the active into a unique emulsifiable granule designed for easy storing, handing, and no splashing!
A low use rate allows for smaller packs, which means taking up less room in your chemical sheds and less manual handling. Nufarm has also added a broader range of crop registrations and shortened withholding periods in key crops. It is registered in all major crops with a 1-hour Rainfast and grazing withholdings of 14 days for cereals and pastures. There is a 7-day harvest withholding on canola, chickpeas, faba beans, field peas, and lentils, and 14-days for wheat, barley, and lupins.
On label registrations include Russian Wheat Aphids, Cutworms, RLEM in Wheat and Barley, Diamond Back Moth in Canola, Native Budworm for Canola and Legumes and Pea Weevil in Field Peas.
In a nutshell, Kaiso is:

- Broadspectrum pyrethroid insecticide
- Fast knockdown with residual activity.
- Easy to use and store
- Sorbie Technology offers an alternative to liquid solutions – no splashing during mixing.
